At Davis Machine Shop, Inc. we have over 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.  That gives us great capability to do about anything needed in precision downhole machining.

For instance:

• CNC manufacturing on lathes & mills
• Design and drawing capabilities with modern CAD software
• We can handle prototype to production projects
• Machining up to 6″ OD for parts 30 feet in length or less
• Machining up to 30″ OD parts 2 feet length or less
• Sawing up to 14″ round and 16″ square
• Honing capabilities up to 2 3/4 ID (larger, if requested)
• Standard threading:  V, Acme, Stub Acme, etc
• Machining parts per customer’s custom specifications
• All parts being subject to quality inspection upon completion
• Material Test Reports available upon request
• Confidentiality on all customer drawings.
